employee drug usage at the work place

My daughter and I were shopping one evening for school clothes and I happened to stop outside to smoke a cigarette before we started shopping . A employee by the name of Katie was also in the parking lot standing there smoking marijuana right in front of coustomers as well as children . My daughter asked me momma what is that smell and I had to tel her I'm not sure to keep form her having any knowledge of what to , or how to use drugs at work or in a work enviorment . After smoking the marijuana Katie returned to work after fully spraying herself with a bottle of perfume she also made it a point to ask me if I ever wanted to purchase some and I told her that I wasn't intrested at all . I filed a complaint with the local store location and they said they would make sure to adress this matter and assures me that it would never happen again. Well I went back to that store location yesterday evening and the first thing I noticed was Katie standing by he dressing room with her badge on her shoulder as I found that very disturbing that any supervisor would take a complaint like that and not take any action as a random urine sample would of been very necessary as this individual is also a ddanger to your company working under the influence I would greatly appreciate it if this matter is addressed as my daughter and I love to shop at that store location quite often but I refuse to shop in any setting that my child will be encouraged to use drugs please feel free to contact me 7193588516 thank you all so dearly for taking the time to adress this matter as it is so important that we do all that we can to keep drugs off our streets as well as out of the work enviorments thank you have a great weekend.
