For what it's worth.... here is our Z4 experience. Placed order #1 for ring & band late on 4-5-13, as a gift. After discussion decided to order another set with 2 bands. (Note: If ordering on line be sure to make your selections carefully as you won't get to see what you have ordered until it's already been ordered) Unfortunately, order #2 was not right.
I called right away and was told it would be 24-48 hours before they would be able to see it to make the corrections. I called 2 times each day and Tuesday night I asked for a different explanation. I was told they would place both orders on hold and when they can access them they can make the corrections.
I called again Wednesday 4-10 and was told that my first order was cancelled and my second order was shipped.
After some discussion I decided to place another order for the exact set that was needed.
On Monday 4-15, ten days after first ordered, set #2 arrived. It was so stunning we decided to keep it. On Thursday, with priority shipping and after only 6 days, the reorder set arrived. It had the platinum upgrade and is even slightly better than the other order.
I have received no harrassing calls, the billing has been correct and even though there were some issues my wife couldn't be happier (unless I had $60k to spend for the real deal!! ha)
Overall, I would order again, only more carefully, the platinum upgrade is worth the price and the costume jewelry is much, much, much better than we expected. In fact, we plan to place additional orders. Hope this is helpful.
