I reluctantly ordered Colon Flow on 1/3/2012. The automated system did not give me a chance to make choices and cleverly was too fast and did not understand my response so IT chose the alternative to sign up for other offers that i did not want. I couldn't believe looking at my bank statement to see that they charged my card 89.60.... really, almost 90.00. I was so pissed off ??!!!! Far from the 9.99 & free shipping that the infomercial said it would be. Fortunately I found the number for them and called to get a refund. The process was easy. They said to send the product back and they will refund my money. Almost 2mo later I procrastinated with sending it back but i did send it back and called to confirm they got it and the lady refunded my money on the spot. I just have to wait 24-48 hrs for it to be back in my account. I have learned to never, never buy anything from tv. Don't be fooled by this. Its such a hassle you don't want to have to deal with !!
