omg thank you so much i will be calling tomorrow I hatethis lace I hope they give me back my money they were screwing around so much and wouldn't tell me anything , im behind but already paid for 9 training s I cant wait til this is over

It pads the bill, adding to profits from the high percentage of "drop-out" customers.
Making actually obtaining this "training" inconvenient adds to profits.
They hope you give up and just go away, but they get to keep all the money anyway.
In fact, you can assume they will go after collecting for the full amount of "training" whether you get any or not.
File complaints with your local District Attorney's Consumer Fraud Unit.
