Balance reduction

I am prepaid user of cell no 9862142768. Why Rs 160 is reduced from my balance without any information. I use internet with Rs 10 day pack. Still 99 mb left. I want to investigate with RTI on the matter if amicable solution comes up within 1 week from today 20/03/2012.
