A recorded message Calls incessantly, every day, several times per day asking if we take visa or mastercard.  Gives the option to opt out of the phone call messages to press #8 but when you do nothing happens the message just repeats over and over.  You hang up but they call back a couple hours later.

    Ett*etour&travel pac 407 with same # 816-389-2819 called offering a Disney World travel plan for $99,00. They took the money out of my account but I have not yet received anything in the mail. When I call the # it is no longer a working number. What can you do???? cherylmellon@yahoo.com

    I was called and told that my husband (deceased since 11/21/2010) had purchased 3 trips, since 2oo8. I told Chrissy(her name) that I did not know anything about this, that if he had purchased the trips, could I get a refund, as I really needed the money.  She said that he used Master Card.  I responded that I did not have a Master card Could she refund it on my VISA card.  She said she would try,  I asked how much would I get back, she said $399.00 \, that it would take 6 to 8 days for it to go through.  I specifically asked if I gave her my VISA number would it be secure, she assured me, and told me Id could call her back.  Imagine my shock when I discovered that my card had been debited instead of credited.  Calling back, I could not get anyone to talk to, the voice mail kept telling me to hold.
    I did ask the name of the Co. and she said it was D1-Travel.  Please Help me Somebody.  I am a 75 year old widow on a fixed income.
