I would like to add to all the other complaints... this is not worth the money.  They lie, they don't follow through with what they say they are going to do, and they don't save you money!

NEVER waste your money on this scam.

    I always suggest trying to find written proof of cheaper prices &
    send REGISTERED MAIL ONLY
    REQUEST RESCISSION & FULL REFUND
    Ask db to respond ONLY by mail, you will not accept e-mails or phone calls
    Ask for response within 10 business days

    FIND your CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT
    OR        UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES ACT (IF you told us what STATE you live in, we could determine which law applies & let you know

    db loves to break all the laws

    -undue pressure to join
    -invalid contracts that do not inc. their own new corp. policy
    which is supposed to have a 3 day cooling-off
    =unconscionable acts
    -deliberately do not disclose the "Material" facts of the contract &
    if the consumer knew, would not have joined.....
    Please don't give up & find p. 92 & we will try to help you!!!!!!!!!!
