Dues and health

I recently joined Blast Fitness Mesquite to avoid getting tickets from the police from being at the park to early for a workout. I joined thinking everything was going to be ok...........this facility has had no air for 3 months but yet still charges dues. The sauna is nasty with roaches and candy all melted on the floor. The women's restroom is always nasty. The club advised me to calling their billing agent to try and retain all my money back and per them my funds are non refundable. So I'm getting the run around about my health. I have asthma and this place as no air they open the doors to receive air from outside and it's not fair to me or the other members we need to get our money back or club need to close.
