I received Vogue magazine.when I called vogue they said it was started in 6 /3/2016 by keystone. I received the first book in February of 2017  and the phone numbers they have for this keystone one is a recorded message and the other is a Verizon number no longer in services.

    The fraud line is at billing..
    It is illegal to send a bill for unordered merchandise through the US Mail.
    If you receive one, file fraud complaints with FTC, your state AG, and the US Postal Inspector.
