Unauthorised activation of VIDEO CLUB service

I am Dr. Birender Kumar a Airtel subscriber with prepaid mob. no. 8130626885. On 12/04/2016 at 11:48 p.m. a unautorised service activation of VIDEO CLUB was done. I was charged Rs. 99. The I got a message for automatic renewal of service @ 99 Rs per month or deactivate. However, I have deactivated the service but I want to ask Airtel how they can activate a service without customer authentication and charged the amount with customer's consent. Airtel is deliberately and systematically cheating its customers by forced activation of certain services. I shall take this case of forced activation of services to TRAI against Airtel. Those who have been cheated similarly by Airtel can joint me in fight against this cheater.
