Shoes after month wear soles coming off

Purchased a pair of mens shoes at Kmart and leather falling off back of shoes and soles coming off. Paid 39.99 for them and have always bought Thom McCan shoes and loved them and never had a problem till this pair. Would like a refund as can't wear them
