HARRASSING PHONE CALLS

I started receiving calls last monday, stating that i owe Cash Advance America $300, that i took the loan out Aug/2010, i had not paid anything and that i would be brought into court and sued, so i askd what about a settlement fee, he says since you havnt pd us , with the interest its up to $620.00, so i askd again what about a settlement fee, bcuz i have dealt with payday loans before, so i kno they will work with you to try an collect at least the money you borrowed, he proceed to say, well actually he started shouting, you not goin to pay me, you better start paying or i will sue you, so i askd him to give me the company number that i owed and that i would pay by the end of the week, he would not give me that information and he got so upset , so i hung up on this man, he (Chris Rene') has called my job over 600 times since last monday, he hangs up and call right back, from 8:04am-5:30pm, mon-fri, so i called the BBB, FTC and the State Att Gen Off, i have filed a complaint with local Sheriff dept, this man and his supposedly supervisor have harrassed me and my co workers, he has talk to the HR dept as well as the Administrator of my company, he does not care, neither does his so call supervisor, which i believe is the same person(Alex Morgan) the numbers they are calling me from are 631-209-2010 or 847-569-3754, he has called me the N-word, as well as MFand a 'B', now what company do you know is as unprofessional as these foreigners are, very rude and persistent.... hopefully i can get this resolved, but to anyone out there, your personal info is not private anymore, anyone can get you info... be care when applying online for anything.
