Won't spin clothes dry

This is the worst washer anyone can buy.  Not only does it take an hr to wash one load of laundry now it wont even spin my clothes.  I dont even know where to begin to get it fixed! It's an expensive item and it leaves a residue on my clothes from the detergent.  It wont spin my clothes dry I have to keep reseting it over and over to make it dry.  This item is a piece of junk!!
