bait and switching flights to charge added fee's

Horrible experience to say the least, never again will I use this business. I would rather pay a little more than be treated so bad, and dealing with all their frustration, time wasting liars. Customer service is a joke, each time I called I got a different answer Do not USE CHEAPOAIR or any affiliates of this company. It is not worth it.
In a rush to book a flight for an interview for the next Tuesday. I booked a flight on a Friday evening from Phx to Omaha leaving Monday and paid $70.00 for a check bag fee. Ten seconds after I booked my flight I notice a overnight lay over in Denver and I would not be in Omaha till Tuesday my interview was at 9:00am Tuesday. I called Cheapoair and they said I could change my flight and leave Sunday or Tuesday nothing was available for Monday. Not being able to leave Sunday I took the Tuesday flight and was charged a $65.00 fee for changing my flight and had to ask to reschedule my interview for Wednesday. Pre-booking online Monday I was being charged to check my bag, I called the airline and they told me to call Cheapoair, and said they would email my reservation conformation to Cheapoair I also asked the airline to CC me in the email. I called Cheapoair and was barely able to understand the customer service rep I was talking to. I tried explained I was being charged additional fee's for my checked bag. the rep told me that the airline rejected my check bag fee and I was giving a $70.00 credit on my credit card. I checked my credit card while on the phone and there was no $70.00 credit.!!! After 2 hours of being told how sorry they were for my inconvenience they were unable to explain how and why the airline accepted my credit card for the flight charge but not the checked bag fee. Oddly enough on the email the airline sent me there were credit cards numbers only one was mine?? I also was told by the airline they would have charged me $10.00 to change my flight and not $65.00 like Cheapoair did. Amazing a $218.00 ticket was $475.00 after all Cheapoair fee's were added. NEVER EVER EVER will I use Cheapoair. The final straw that broke the camel back is the flight I took to Denver was going to my destination but I had to exit that flight and wait 4 hours in Denver for my flight.
After reading Cheapoair response to other BBB complaints not once do they accept any responsibility for their poor actions. They seem to find excuses and justify their extremely poor service.
