EDP Reporting is taking $159.95 from my checking account without my authorization. I actually received a notice from my bank that my account was overdrawn and I have a NSF fee that needs to be paid.

I don't even know who this company is. I've tried calling them and using their website and it keeps saying no one is available to speak to either by phone or by internet live chat.

The same happened to me this weekend. I don't know who they are or how they received my info. Now my account is overdrawn. I had to transfer funds to put my account in a positive status. I'm also going to be charged an NSF fee and have to close my account and open a new one....which is going to mess me up with my direct deposit and all other legit bills that should come out.

They did it to me, and the only reason why I knew it was fishy was because they took the exact same thing from me! 159.95. And I can't get a hold of anyone who can help me!!!! OMG the bank told me I had to file a police report!

You should contact FTC.  They appear to be cracking down on another similar operation:
