I order items from this online store for my son's birthday. Their web site says 99% of orders processed within 24 hours, not! I ordered on the 6th of July, they charged my card next day. I waited for email I was to be sent when shipped. I emailed the Uncle Sam's store-on their armynavydeals web site. was told it was taking extra time because I had used their free first item shipping rate. It was a lie, they did not have any of the items that I ordered. I emailed them again and got a reply on the 12th. This time I was told the items I ordered had not come from the manufacturer yet. Now these items were not custom made and we think that this store used our money to order items from manufacturer. On the 15th I still had not got an email that they had shipped my items and I could no longer wait because my son's birthday was fast approuching. I ask them to cancel the order and give me my money back. I was emailed on 16th that the order was cancelled and it would be up to 6 business day to process refund. Well it is now past the 6 days and still no refund. I'm afraid I may have lost my 60 dollars(which I can't afford to lose!). Don't order from these people- I found same items on amazon and got them in three days, just in time for the big day.

    Always make sure that if you have not received an ordered product, that you dispute the merchant's charge through your bank or credit card company, and make sure your bank receives your written dispute within the FCBA 60 day dispute period, measured from the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charge.

    The same thing happened to me i use to shop on that site all the time but i will never shop there again .

    I too have just experienced the same as these negative reviews.  These two young men from Army Navy Deals are obviously running a scam.  I ordered $90 worth of 3 products and paid for express shipping which was very high in cost.  After looking at the email they sent to confirm the order, they conveniently included a charge for insurance, which I did not ask for or see while placing the order.  One product arrived, but not the other two.  Within 3 days of calling these idiots, I keep hearing the same old tune "We are checking with UPS, please hold."  I never get a straight forward answer.  I used to run a e commerce store on the Internet, and I can assure you that if I ever had a problem with something like this, it would only take 5 minutes to find out from my supplier what the heck went wrong, which I really never had to to do this.  DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!  Buyer Beware!

    I ordered a pair of boots from europe, I received a pair in the wrong size and with deep scratches on the side like if it was dragged on concrete. They haven't contact me yet although I wrote many emails, I don't know what to do, I can't even sell the boots on ebay because of the scratches. Such a bad experience, something I haven't ever experienced before at online shopping.
