The do not credit your account for your refund

I ordered this product in the beginning of June and cancelled the next day. I am still awaiting a refund in the amount of $40.00. I have called the company at least 15 times and everytime I get a different answer. Here are some of the riduculous answers:
Your refund is in the "que" and it will process in X amount of days,
Still in the "que" but it looks like your bank is holding up the credit to your account. Not true at all I called my bank and they have never heard of such a thing.
Then get this I called again two weeks ago and they tell me I should be getting an emergency refund within 3-5 days..... why would I need a emergency refund if they just gave me back my money in a reasonable amount of time. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS IT'S A SCAM AND YOU WON'T GET YOUR MONEY BACK

They offer some product at a teaser rate to get your account information, then they see how many charges they can run up until you stop them.
They are giving you different answers becauee the real answer is they want to keep your money. If they can delay you past 60 days from your bank statement showing a disputed charge, they know your bank will not assist you in recovering your money.
Contact your bank immediately to dispute their charges, and close the account to prevent additional unauthorized charges. You have to notify your bank IN WRITING within 60 days from the statement date showing any disputed charge to invoke your FRB Reg. E or FCBA dispute rights.
Stalling tactic to run out the clock.

Same, but now blaming your bank to add delay by confusion as you check on it.

Doesn't that really sound like they mean it this time? Stalls you another week.
Just tell your bank they are defrauding you on the refund they claim they are sending, and show them a bunch of similar complaints. They should be easy to find. Your bank can reverse fraudulent charges within 60 days of the statement date on the statement showing them.
