Rogers Messed up my Account!!!

I'm recent customer of Rogers and I am very unhappy with the Rogers . I am dissatisfied as I really can't understand their billing system and also the customers service department are not true to their words.
I'm too getting ripped off by the Rogers, I'm new customer with them April 15 2013, I get a bill of $396 dollars and my account is all messed up from the starting of my service with them. On April 30 they charged me $ 27
Rogers have messed up my account and I really don't understand for what are the charges. They don't stick to what they explain to the customers. When I saw my account I see it all different. They make their own billing account and charged me with over billing.
I signed with them with no contract but they signed me with contract. Their online billing is not clear. It's like they are cheating the customers.
I guess I am not the only person sailing with the overbillling from Rogers!!!! VERY BAD SERVICE PROVIDER!!! I don't understand how I am supposed to pay such a overpriced money by Rogers. I am shocked as my monthly bill was supposed to be less then $ 70 for my Cell phone number.
Please advice or need solution to what should I do!! I really don't trust the Rogers customers service too, I am still awaiting for the mistakes they have done with messing up my billing.
