cushion wear

Wish I would have checked into this thread before buying England furniture (sofa & love seat).   The sofa cushions lasted less than 3 months.  The sofa felt very firm at the time of purchase but after 3 months of normal wear the cushion foam has broken down.   Purchase the set from Art Van and filed a complaint which they handled for me by having  someone come to the house and evaluate the problem.  The person said that the cushions were indeed bad and ther was a spring issue.  They picked up the sofa and had it for repair and 3 weeks later had the "fixed" sofa back in  my home.   One month later,  same problem,  the cusion foam is sub par and it of very poor quality.  The unit is out of warranty and would need to  be fixed on my own dime.  Never again will I  buy this  brand.   I am replacing the foam & batting  on my own with  much better foam (I  hope) and hopefully get some back relief.  

Bottom line -  stay away from this  brand!
