I cannot add anything new to the aforementioned complaints.  EXCEPT that when I told them I was going to use YELP, etc to write scathingly negative reviews for seriously misleading me and then refusing to refund me my fees, they accused ME of threatening THEM!!!!!  They robo call, they push, push, push to close.  Then you never speak w/ the same person again, their work is full of inaccuracies.  They let you think they can get you on the front page of the search engine, when all they do is get you on the front page of Google Maps ( and it was full of inaccuracies!!!!).  I am appalled at how badly and unprofessionally they do business.  I am going to do everything I can to expose them big time.  They are crooks, flimflam artists, bait and switch, whatever.  Those positive reviews must be written by their employees who are paid to write them.  I cannot wait for their Karma to catch up w/ them.  So I will be calling channel 5's consumer division about this.

    So you're upset that they weren't nice to you when you threatened them?  I wonder why?  So were you a customer and if you were upset about phone calls, why would you sign up in the first place?  Sounds like you're a competitor to me.

    no, the negative report is the accurate one...the replies are simply employees who are paid to garner positive attention and reduce negative attention.  They will scam you,and employees are specifically told to have a rebuttal when you say "I've put my name on the Do Not Call list".   The only reason they haven't been reported for telemarketing is that somewhere, at some time, the people that their calling had their names linked as a business number (so say, you fill out a survey, and put your cellphone as a your business number).

    If you want to learn more about 29 Prime, and what REAL consumers thing of this product/service, I advise you to look somewhere like Yelp!-simply because Yelp does not allowed businesses to control the reviews, so they can't simply rid themselves of negative reviews and flood their page with positive attention. And all of your employees who are discrediting this person for being a "competitor"-why don't you get yourselves a real job? or at least try to actually fix the business practices/policies that are causing these negative reviews, instead of simply discrediting reviewers?
