After agreeing to a sample order of only 4.95 that I received. Now i have 109. 95 and 99.95 dollar charges for unauthorized purchase of no product ordered or received.

    I was going to order , did not put credit card info in , I thought I didn't order it , because I changed my mind, and could not afford it ! But , it went through anyway !!! I was charged $4.95 , then last week they just took $69.00  !!! Then 2 days later $109.95 !!!  This is a SCAM !!!  And I have (4)  overdraft fees $ 35.00 each !!!! I am on disability!!! I can't afford this !!! I can't pay my bills to begin with !!! 😂🤣😅😡 I hope my bank can get back all my money !!! 😤😳

    Ladies, I called. Of course, the first person said "No" and that there's nothing I can do about it.   I asked for a supervisor to call me back. Missed the call. I called again and just asked for someone who can make decisions or I'll keep going higher and higher. I told them if I WANT A REFUND of the full amount, The rep asked if i will take it further if i don't get it, I said Yes, and he processed a full refund. Just be tough, It's a scam and we should not allow them to deceive people.

    I keep getting billed 99.50, 109.00 and keep getting this product which I did not order all these there is no number to call so now my bank is involved so they will take care of it these people should be shut down suck in people dry

    Ugh, i just had it out with these people and they said that i have to call my bank and get a partial refund. They cancelled the others so i wont be billed. How nice of them. Very rude and they tried to make me look stupid. I will see what bank says on monday.  Thank you for putting the 800 number up otherwise i would never have gotten ahold of them.

    I had the same thing happen to me.  I usually file all my confirmations when I purchase on line... Never received a confirmation email.  I felt like an idiot because I couldn't find the website where I ordered from.  I do NOT order online frivolously and I actually looked at reviews before I signed up for the $4.95 trial.  I knew in the back of my mind this would be something I had to cancel within a certain time period but being that I couldn't find the website I ordered from I kind of put it on the bottom of my to do list.  Then I see charges to my card... one came up on June 29th - I ordered on June 14.  Then the next charge was on July 3rd.  Ugh.... I couldn't find a number to call... apparently there are multiple websites for this scam, i mean product.   THANK you for adding the number to this post.... I finally was able to reach them.  They pushed and pushed and he condescendingly made me go to the website "I ordered from".... He brought me to the bottom of the page to see terms and conditions (who really clicks on that?????)  where it would explain that if I don't cancel in 14 days I will be charged.  Then he tells me I haven't given the product enough time to work.  I told him it was a scam.  I told him his obscure policies make it impossible for customers to be happy with the product.  He asked that I give it more time to work as I am just in the beginning.  And he offered me 50% off future orders.  I said no no no I want a refund.  I told him I would take legal action if I did not get a refund.  I said I will return the product ASAP and I want a refund.  He said I can't return an opened bottle.  I said "Ok, so if I cancel and return within 14 days, you can accept an opened bottle, but you can't accept a return after 14 days??"  He was just reading a script.  Ultimately I got him to refund me 25% for each item.... a total of $52.47.  We'll see if I ever get it!!
