Relentless phone calls to my cell phone

These people won't stop calling.  They call from different cities all over the U.S..   Sometimes I don't answer and they keep calling.  Sometimes I do answer and beg them to stop.   I may have to change my cell phone number (at great inconvenience).     I have never given them permission to call me.  I wonder if corporate GE knows about this abuse.  I should stop buying all GE products.
