My card was manipulated

You e-mailed that you could not renew my subscription because my card had expired.  That was fine with me, because I could find no other way to cancel.  However, someone in your organization apparently manipulated the expiration date until it went through.  That is fraud, plain and simple.  There are two charges from you on my card.  I want my account credited for both charges immediately. please.
