Calling stating I have a case and being served

I have been called by: 970 372 5966 stating that they are serving me with court papers. Telling me i am waiving my rights by not taking their calls. He informed me he would be going to my employer, and good luck. Been called from a number of different numbers claiming I have a case number and to call them. When I called and asked who they were Crystal (907) 861 7845 said Capital Group. She left phone when I asked where they were located. I called back spoke with John 844 378 8059 who told me that they did not want to speak to a solicitor. I said I am trying to find out where you are located. He demanded I give him the case number I said no where are you located. He hung up told me not to call.
