Unacceptable Service from A and E

After taking 3 half days from work and spending hours on the phone, my washing machine STILL wasn't repaired.  My first repairman arrived and diagnosed the problem as a leaky pump - why it was diagnosed as this when it sounds like a seal, i don't know.  After "fixing" the problem on the second day I took off, the problem appeared again after 2-3 loads of laundry.  This time, we spoke to a manager to A and E who ASSURED us that we would receive service that Saturday morning.  Lo and Behold, 12 PM and we were still waiting- we called and found out we had been scheduled for Tuesday afternoon, without contacting us.  

Tuesday afternoon...we call A and E three separate times to confirm, the last at 5PM, each time being told they are still coming today.  Finally, we call again...and they say they aren't coming.  this was the THIRD day one of us wasn't working and we still don't have a functional washing machine.  Completely unacceptable, and I urge you to NEVER use A and E factory service.
