Scammed by Phone swap

I went into sprint store in Perris California to swap out my defective phone under my insurance plan with sprint and was told by employee it would take three to five days. I was called and a voicemail was left for me by Jose the manager stating my NEW iPhone 6s Plus had arrived and for me to come in and pick it up. So I did this same night . Jose is the one who helped me and brought out an alleged new phone.. Which by the way wasn't in the box and Jose had asked to see my phone case I had in my pocket and wouldn't give me the phone until he put the case on it .. Then handed it to me. So I left the store at approx 6:40 pm and kept the phone in its case the whole time in my front pocket and when I arrived home I took the case off .. Only to find that my phone was very bent and also had a scratch on the screen by the home button. The bend is so visible and it wobbles when u set it on a flat surface and push on it. Clearly Jose swapped my newly ordered phone that had come in his store for me with someone's old phone . I've been to this store many times and Jose has always given me the new phone straight out of box and let me see so and never cared to hold the phone from me until he puts it in a case .. Clearly this was his way of hiding the bend from me this time and duped me. This is a serious misconduct and fraud on his part and he should be held accountable. Unfortunately his sprint store closed at 7pm so calling there wouldn't do any good. IM OUTRAGED and he should be fired!!
