I had my expensive Catnapper sofa for less than 4 months (which was delivered about 3 weeks after promised) when I first discovered the problem.  They have a design flaw that destroys the cushions.  After about a month they sent a bandaid to fix the problem.  It didn't work.  I had the repair company come back out and they told me that it was a design flaw.  I have been in contact with the Capnapper representative, Will Smith who has declined to come by and see the problem for himself.  They keep telling the repair company that the product is out of warranty.  The Catnapper rep got mad at me for cursing today and I said that being nice had not gotten me anywhere.  I would also stay away from Good's Furniture in Toccoa, GA because they are very unresponsive as well.  I also called the  Catnapper/Jackson Furniture corporate office in Cleveland, TN and they did not return my call.  Do yourself a favor and do not buy a Catnapper product.

I bought a catnapper living room suit last november and have had problems with it ever since beginning as soon as it was bought. They keep sending someone out to fix it that doesn't know what they are doing.  I still to this day June have not gotten it taken care of. every time they fix one thing they mess up something else, I have just about had it with this furniture.  I too say never buy catnapper furniture,  I am going to contact the BBB.

My husband and I bought a Catnapper reclining loveseat about 3 three years ago from Farmer's Furniture in Milledgeville, Georgia.  Since just a few weeks after bringing it home, we've been very dissatisfied with this unit.  The recline pull unraveled and snagged my clothes.  I contacted Farmers and it took several weeks and finally calling the corporate office to have anything done.  The problem was that Farmers was waiting on Catnapper to send the repair parts.  It takes weeks for parts to arrive in Central Georgia from Cleveland, Tennessee?!  They replaced the pull, only for it to do the same thing in just a few weeks.  They took the unit back to the store for inspection.  They replaced the pulls with a different kind, which are most uncomfortable but I've dealt with them.  In less than a year, this unit began slanting, I checked, as did my husband, for frame work defects and found none.  But it still keeps leaning.  Pillows do not help.  The frame work can be felt at the back and sides.  I contacted the Catnapper Jackson Corporate office in Cleveland, Tennessee, only to find out they would send someone to our house for evaluation at OUR cost and the consultant would let us know what parts we needed and, again at OUR cost, Catnapper would send needed parts to us.  I was told that furniture tends to lean, depending on the way a person sits.  Of all the nonsense.  In all my 59 years, I've never had any furniture lean one way or the other.  I've had chairs and sofas last almost ten years and the framework did not wear out.
We can't even sell this thing, which is the most uncomfortable piece of furniture I've ever had.
Well, to make matters worse, yesterday the pull broke, making the reclining impossible.  My footstool is not high enough for comfort with my knee problems.  My problem is not with Farmers, it is with Catnapper.  They think they make the highest quality of furniture, when in fact, they are very lacking in quality, not to mention customer service and satisfaction.
There is no way I would buy another Catnapper ever!
