The associates can't get the job done correctly.

We had 2 recievers our the residents, but when I called to move the service to another address.  We only needed one of the recievers.  The associate stated she will have a box sent out to the address I provided. It will be there in 5 to 7 days.  She stated if I did not return the reciever within 21 days there will be a charge.  No box came.  I called and gave the same information to another associate.  She stated it shows there are 2 recievers at the new address and no note in regardes to a box.
I provided this associate the reciever ID number and I told her only 1 reciever was installed. I was promised  a box would be sent to the address I provided.  The associate reasured me no charges had been add to my bill.  
I now had a diffrent problem and called attempting to get an answer.  Still worried about the imformation they had on file about our equipment. I asked what do your records show?  She stated it showed we had 2 recievers in use.  I was upset, asking to spreak with a supervisor.  I was denied that request.  She stated she would fix the problem by removing the charge we encured and she will send out a box for the reciever.  The associates I spoke with are in the Philippeens and Direct TV corporate offices are in Greenwood Village Colorado.   I feel better just being able to vent.  This company has  real problems.  I don't feel confident that anything will change.
