Have tried to contact RDERMA by phone and via customer service at rderma.com.  Phone message at 1 p.m. and at 8:30 p.m. said I should contact them during normal working hours.  My credit card continues to be billed $29.98 on a monthly basis.  Don't remember receiving the product for at least 2 months.  I want to cancel my order permanently!!  Six months ago I called and halted the service until the first of the year no problem - talked with an agent and got results.  Not so NOW!  Cannot seem to reach them.  Contact numbers are 888 398 1118 and 8004341962 FL          Thank you for any assistance you can give me.

    I am having the same issue. Have been charged 49.98 monthly it seems for a while with no product being shipped. It is a charge that is small enough to not see and was never noticed..Tried contacting the company by phone and using the website and get nothing. Having the credit card company block the transactions and dispute the account The numbers listed are 888 398 1118 and 800 434 1962 plus the website doesn't work
