we cant afford

We pay nine dollars per hour only charge eleven we have to push stylists to cut faster faster faster more more more even if they don't like it most don't return for a redo haircut   we treat our stylists like passing through vagrants to be treated like carp!!  We really don't have time for personable stylists with a personality.  We want robotic quiet girls with a need to make money for their family so they will put up with being treated like slaves and won't talk back.  If they can't do a quick haircut we don't want them quantity and speed is first priority who cares if the customer doesn't like haircut too bad they came to a cut rate salon what do they expect you get what you pay for. Right. We use new graduates to make money off their mistakes. It is the great clips way!! It is just business, nothing's personal
