I received a call on my cell phone and the woman said that they were offering a HDH product that was a natural product that would help me lose weight, help with depression, etc. She said that she has lost 40lbs. The product is suppose to be something that you spray under your tongue. I asked her how did she get my number and she said problem from a company that I had bought health products or received information from. I went on the internet while she continued to talk and found this website so I just hung up on her.

NEVER respond to solicitations from telemarketers. They are practically all scams. What they say means absolutely nothing. In many cases, their only goal is to get your account information under some pretext, and run thru charges larger than anything you agreed to. They may have bought your name and number on some sucker list, or they may just be autodialing random residences from the phone book.
Several, including some selling "health products", are located in Nevada.
Get on the Do Not Call list, and report all violations to the FTC.
Unrequested telemarketing calls to your cell phone are violations of the TCPA, so report them regardless of whether that number is on the Do Not Call list.
File additional complaints with the state AG in the state the violator is located in.
