Absence of the staff at the airport desk

Dear all,
I am sooo mad at the service level your staff has provided at Casablanca airport on 10/7/2010. Because of them, i've simply missed my flight return to dubai.
Indeed, you'll find record of my calls (many!!!) the same day. NOBODY was at your THY desk, while i had to pay the delay fees (30euros) for changing my flight return from the 3/7/2010 to that day, and of course, without paying that fees, i couldn't take the plane!!!!
IS THAT NORMAL THAT YOUR PEOPLE DO NOT COME TO THEIR DUTY WHEN THEY HAVE A SCHEDULED FLIGHT????
Now, i have lost to enjoy my return which is already paid; Reservation Code: RJN3FK _ process date: 18.06.2010 at 18.41
and also had to pay another flight with RAM to go back to my residence country which has costed me : 5686 MAD (moroccan dirham)
i hereby claim you pay me back my rights on my return ticket plus the ticket i had to book with RAM
