Has withdrawn over $100 from my account under other assumed names.  The phone numbers are just recordings of which they do not respond to messages I've left or the phone number is not activated.The withdrawals have been from SEOB, CONEXM, SEO2Prompts, and WEB PROS 6. I have tried looking up an address but have not been successful.  How can they get away  with this.  How can the government allow this.  Someone told me that once a co. gets your card info they sell the information to others.  Everyone makes out accept the card holder.

    Look up:  Draper City v Joann Shields Case No 105101058.  Joann Shields entered guilty plea in interfering with the police arresting her.  Other sites show her house was in foreclosure at the Vestry address.  Other sites show she was booked into jail Feb 16, 2010.  Calling court house there are many other cases against her.  Too much aggression even for the police arresting officer.

    Does Alma know his lawyer Joann Shields is accused by her client Terrell Edwards of taking his money and disappearing so he lost his case?  Court documents in Salt Lake City Utah Third District:  Deann Croft Edwards v. Terrell Edwards, 084900471.  Shows her receipt taking his money then never showing up as his lawyer for the case so he lost and needed a new lawyer to tell the court what she did to him.

    Now attorney Joann Shields is part of a sheriffs sale for malpractice she caused for a judgment entered against her client Aspen Inc for her not answering court orders.  http://utahlegals.com/notice.php?id=100493
    This attorney claims to protect consumers but her clients are consumers in need of protection.

    Attorney Joann Shields posts here calling herself "Esq."  That's a title like "her highness."  A title people earn and are given by someone who respects them.  It's not a title you give out of respect for yourself, like "my highness."  How conceited does the infamous Joann Shields have to be to give herself a title of respect, Esq.  Don't come here calling yourself Esq because no one here considers you an ESq, your not respected and you cant bully people to call you a title of respect just because you call yourself "my highness"  No one here respects the way you defend Alma Tuck when you have legal problems yourself, malpractice, arrests, foreclosure, complaints. etc, your highness esq.  We're not intimidated by you.

    Maybe you should post objectively true information about all the unhappy clients filing complaints against you Ms. Esq, Joann Shields.  Objectively true information about your criminal history, arrests, guilty pleas, foreclosure, bar complaints, sheriff's sales, malpractice claims, etc.

    Joann Shields was posting left and right on this blog defending Alma like she was being paid to (obviously because she was being paid to by all the money Alma scammed from investors).  Why has she not bothered to make any posts in her own defense?

    Want to hear something funny?  Alma once told me that in his patriarchal blessing it says he is to take care of his family.  This meant to him that he has to take care of them financially (I guess because his family is as inept as he is).  This loser explained to me that he believes he was foreordained to be wealthy since he has to financially support his family. I'd think twice before you deal with this con man.

    Why are you lying Joann Shields?  No one posted Almas social security .  They posted his telephone and email--thats not identity fraud.  You posted your telephone and email too.  Have you no shame?  Ever heard what parents teach children, "Do you know the difference between the truth and lie"?

    I feel really bad for everyone that lost money in this whole ordeal. I was also involved as a signer on 3 merchant accounts. I also brought several good friends into the mix as well as it seemed like a good business model on the surface. The number of sales that could be generated in a day was astounding! The big problem was that those sales were 75% fraud! The affiliate networks sending traffic had stolen credit card numbers and were using them to earn their $35 per sale. The merchants would process the sales and chargebacks would come in floods 45 days later. Intermark media was one of the networks sending fraudulent sales to the offers. This has become such a huge problem that MasterCard and Visa couldnt come up with a viable solution. In December 2009 their only option was to shut down anyone and everyone's account that processed any credit cards that were stolen. Needless to say everyone pretty much industry wide lost their account and any of the money in it was held. Take a look at any company that was big in the industry, they are all done. Look at IWorks! Fraud is such a huge problem! Anyone who got involved in this industry as a Merchant lost! I have lost everything. My house, cars, and every car I still have has a loan on it. I have lawsuits pending against me. All of my friends who got involved have lawsuits pending against them. I borrowed everything I could and used every resource I had to keep my friends out of lawsuits. I just paid $3000 last week to an attorney to fight another lawsuit against one of my friends. This is honestly my worst nightmare come true and then some. One of my friends accounts had run for 1 day and $21000 was run through it when it was shut down. 6 months later the remaining funds were released and we received a check for $150 from First Data. That's how many chargebacks came in after the fact. I couldn't believe it!  I'm so sorry to everyone who got involved. I really wish I never had but it's way too late for that.  I know everyone here is mad at Alma and I can understand the bad feelings.  We all would like to point the finger and take no blame for our own actions. I was so mad at the beginning too! I blamed MasterCard and Visa, then the processors. Unfortunately it is the fraudulent affiliates who are the real problem. They made probably Billions out of this. The rest of us are broke including Alma! I'm stuck making payments to attorneys and loans on cars that I owned outright before this. I only had a payment on my house. I lost it because I used  my money to fight to save friends from lawsuits. I'm sure Alma has made some mistakes through this whole thing and I'm sure like all of us he would love to go back and change everything. None of us can though, and we are all in terrible circumstances because of this whole ordeal. I hope you all can get through this mess! I have to take this one day at a time myself. It is a bitter pill to swallow and a very hard lesson learned for all of us.

    I still am bent over this and SEOBLOGHOST failed over a year ago. I got paid and everything for my first paycheck I put it in the bank and paid my bills.. a few days later the money completely backfired me and I owed the bank money.. so he put me in debt and still owes me a lot of money. I really really would like to see the money.. at least the money that I had to pay the bank back... I would have been better off NOT having a job period and NOT getting paid... Is there any way at all I can get involved against him or any way possible of getting my money? If he did what he did against so many people..  then why is he not in Jail and roaming the streets as if nothing happened??

    Oh yeah.. he kept telling me all will be ok.. all will be ok, and I cant believe I waited to see when I would get paid. I was such a fool to quit my full time job for him. I should have took every LCD monitor and computer he had in that shop when he ran away and screwed everyone.

    Alma Tuck is a Con
    For obvious reasons Alma Tuck doesn't own a home or any real estate and is constantly moving (his last known address was: 377 North Hunters Ridge Circle, Alpine, UT) so it's hard to track his slippery [***] down.  The multiple posts & other websites by those whom he screwed expose him & should make it more difficult for him to do business (if you can call it that) in the same sense he was doing before.  He's probably out there trying to get work as an independent contractor. Only a blind fool would invest their time or money with Alma in the future.

    For those of you searching for info on Alma Tuck, notice how he has created multiple social networking sites for himself in an attempt to dilute search results for his name.  He's obviously aware of the claims made against him within this blog, but has chosen not to refute them.  Rather, he hopes that truthful blogs about him will be hidden within the myriad of social sites he's created for himself.  Be suspicious, very suspicious.

    Alma Tuck is not to be trusted.  Two months ago, our company gave him $25,000 for a software package he was developing.  The product was unfinished and we agreed he would work for us and finish the program.  After his check cleared, I haven't heard a word back from him.
