I have been charged for several itmes that these companies are telling me there is no record what-so-ever of. My bank has proof, they gave me proof that clearly shows these places charging me for products/downloads NEVER recieved!! I am out well over $350-400.00!! And, my bank account is all messed up! I want, NEED my money back! I will buy in person from a local place. This is egregious, obnoxious, fraudulent, illegal!

    Immediately dispute all unauthorized or fraudulent charges through your bank under FRB Reg. E, and close the account due to fraud to prevent additional fraudulent charges.  Follow up with a written fraud dispute sent to your bank's dispute address from your statement, and make sure they get it within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charges to preserve your FRB Reg. E dispute rights.

    I placed an order for Microsoft Office Home and Studunt2010. the product was charged to my account and addition charges was charged to my account for something I did not order
