Female caller left message on my home phone that there is legal action against my name

Scam Call said: "Department of Legal Affairs"
7/22/16 @ 3:05 pm: On 7/21/16 approx. at 2pm CT, a female (said her name is Leslie Owen) left a message on my home phone (361-289-2505 I have a listed number in phone book). Her message said she is from Department of Legal Affairs with the US Treasury and has a very important issue to discuss with me about legal action against my name; if I do not call her back, she suggest I retain an Attorney cause its a very bad legal mass. She left phone number 828-367-1126; my caller ID confirmed the number she left and it showed call is from Asheville NC. I did not return her call.

She's not with any "Department of Legal Affairs". There isn't any.
She's not with the "US Treasury".
There isn't an "very important issue to discuss".
There isn't any "legal action against your name". (That's the typical wording used by Indian scammers.)
You don't have to retain an attorney. If you called one, they would just tell you it's a scam.
There isn't any "very bad legal mess".
She isn't calling from Asheville NC". She's using VoIP to make cheap internet calls from safely across the Pacific Ocean.
Don't lose any sleep over it. She's just a scamming liar.
