BROADBAND DEACTIVATION

Dear Sir,
I beg to say that I am Vimlesh Verma, my broadband no. is 07554208413 & I want to deactivate the broadband connection I have paid the first month bill payment. And as just after I had to deactivate connection for this purpose I contacted to Airtel service center and I registered the cancellation request (11 Nov 2010) 9-10 times but each time they told us that system is on the installation process hence call back after 1 day. Again I called 9 or 10 times with the interval of 1 day but all time I got the same answer. So can not pay this extra bill amount because I did not use it.

So plz de-activate the broadband connection as soon as possible

    mera broadband connection no.0522-4068635 ko deactivate karana chahte hain mai 03/07/11 se custmercare no 121& 198 par 50 time call kar chuka hun lekin harbar operator tak call milne se pahle line disconnect ho jati hai.plz mera 0522-4068635 broadband ko jald se jald deactivate karne ka kasht karen
