SPENT EUR 127.00,= FOR LOST OF BAGGAGE

I travelled from Dhaka of Bangladesh on 24 July arrived at Milan in Italy on 25 July morning via Istanbul by Turkish Airlines as Business Class Passenger. When I was waiting to collect my baggage at Malpensa Airport I did not find my baggage. Then I filed complaint to Malpensa Airport Lost & Found Desk. My File Ref No. 201103782601 ALFA SYSTEM 25 July 2011 10.38 LT. They checked and replied me that they can not trace my baggage. They could not inform me; whether my baggage is in Dhaka or in Istanbul, as it was not recorded is the system. I surprised !!! Further, I never saw any person from Turkish Airlines at Malpensa Airport to whom I can request to trace my baggage. Because, I packed my important business documents, specially the original Contract Agreement documents of the business in between the Bangladesh Government and my Italian principal company; FORAIN S.r.l. in the baggage without which my visit to Milan is zero and my business loss is around EUR 214.000.00.=
Moreover, my all cloths and saving kits were inside my baggage.
Malpensa authority suggested me contact them in the afternoon over telephone for my baggage. Then I called at 5 pm and there was an auto reply that there is no trace.
Can you imagine my situation ? I was at my Hotel with only my dress which I was in wear. No saving kits. Turkish Airlines supplied me one small bag with tooth brass and paste. So, I used this only.
In the following day morning, I called again to Malpensa airport and the reply was same, i.e. no trace.
Then, I went to super shop and spent EUR 127,00.= for purchasing my personal belongings; one trouser, two shirts, one t-shirt, shooks, under garments, banians, saving kits, deodorant and so on.
Finally, in the evening on that day I called again to Malpensa for my baggage, as my important business documents were there, I had reply that my baggage have been found and they are going to deliver it to my hotel. Accordingly, I received my baggage at 8 pm at my hotel in Milan.
So, I claim this EUR 127,00.= to Turkish Airlines which I had to spend for purchasing my personal belongings.
