This company is calling my cell and leaving no message. They have done this repeatedly and are apparently a phishing scam organization. I want them to stop calling my cell.

    I am getting repeated phone calls on both my cell phone and Landline by a number (646)467-6665. (Four calls on my cell phone since Jan. 9th and at least that many on my landline.)  I discovered through internet lookup this number is affiliated with "Paetec Communications, Inc." New York City Metro, New York.  The caller leaves a message on my home landline asking for "Theodore" and then terminates his call.  They do not identify themselves at all.  I have not answered any calls and refuse to do so from past experience with scammer texts and calls. I see this as a form of privacy harassment and they need to stop.
