DOES NOT HONOR THE AMOUNT PER MO. AGREED ON

We agreed on a pkg in Oct for a payment of 68.00 per month for 1 year. They took one TV off and they took several channels away including Sprout for my grandchildren. Gave nothing in its place and then they took channel 262 and gave nothing back. And other channels have disappeared as well, we are stripped down to basic TV and on two TVs we have to use our handheld device that came with our TVs but are charged for their gadgets which do not work without my handheld device. How is this honest and how is raising my bill 22.00 per month not agreed to by me. When is that honest? Please help us consumers need protection from these company's. I want my agreed on price and I want my channels they stole back and I want them to drop the charge for the handheld channel selector on the two TVs that require my handheld channel changers. I want honesty and I want them to leave the monthly amount as I agreed to. Otherwise I want the right to stay or leave the company at no charge to me for future billings. Please help me and others
