Plan change without my permission

Hi,

I am using this connection for more than one year. My plan is CUG149.
Where I used to get 300 free local a2m minutes and 150 local & 150 a2m
free sms. However you have change all benifits of my plan. No one have
bothered to inform me about the same.

When I have contacted your customer care 2 days back, the lady promissed
a call back whithin 2 hours. but that was a fake promise. Then again I
contacted & the gentelman said he does not have any idea what is
happening!!! He asked me to contacted by email. I have done that but
that was just a waste of my time.

Please change my plan to what it was before and credit my account for
the extra charge. Or I'll contact the consumer foram.
