There are "magazine marketers" who fraudulently sell "subscriptions", sometimes just sending a few magazines followed by a "bill" for them even if you didn't order them. It's a form of mail fraud.
Contact the publisher directly to terminate the fraudulent "subscription". They will generally do so without any charge. In addition, they can provide the name of the company that submitted this.
You can file fraud complaints with FTC, your state Attorney General, and the US Postal Inspector. With fraudulent accounts, it is wise to do so, since these scam companies like to start threatening victims with dunning by some "collection agency" playing "chicken".
