I have received 3 shipments of junk products and our lawyer suggested I try asking for my money since I did not order the items, I want my money back. This will be the second mailing I am returning.

    Typical cramming scam..
    You don't owe anyone for products you didn't order. In fact, it is a violation of postal regulations to send bills for unordered merchandise through the US Mail.  It's mail fraud.

    Get your money back through a bank dispute.  Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charges as fraudulent, and have them block your card number or shut down your account to prevent further charges.  Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months If you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
