fraudulant claims

My husband and I placed an order for the z4 diamond rings and we ordered the priority shipping for an extra $9.99 so our order was placed on 2/10/2013 and when I called to check with them in regards to how soon my order would be shipped they said "due to an overwhelming amount of orders that my product would not be shipped until March 24th" I immediately cancelled my order and told them to stick it and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau in regards to fraudulent (sorry about the spelling ) charges and claims. If a person pays for priotity shipping that is exactly what they should receive.DO NOT order with these people they are nothing but con artists.
