Customer service is horrible!!!! DO NOT deal with Georgette! We joined in 2007 with the knowledge that a Sarasota store would be opening. In the fall of 2011 we brought a whole kitchen through them and it has been nothing but a nightmare! It is now June 2012 and we are still waiting for things to come in. The communication between Direct Buy and their customers is almost not there at all. They will never call you back and their hours of operation is NOT customer friendly!! They are hardly open summer months. Once they get your money you are mincemeat!!!!!! DO NOT JOIN!!!!! The Sarasota store needs help!!!!
