Stay away from Sprint!

I was a Sprint user and  switched to Verizon a few years ago. With the release of the new Epic 4G, I decided to give you guys another try.  They credit system  at the store was down they had to ask me manual over the phone questions...all of which I answered correctly.  I was subsequently told I was not ELIGIBLE to become a Sprint customer as if it was some type of privilege.  When I asked for details the "credit specialist" hung up on me.  When I called back I was told I had to try again in 60 days.  I work for a credit bureau and have perfect credit and to be treated this way is completely unacceptable.
