I would like to know why KFC MEYERTON decided not to sell any loose pieces of chicken to me anymore after today. I buy 12 - 20 KFC chicken side breasts twice a week for the people in our office for the last month. They each give R12 for a piece of chicken. The side chicken breast cost R10.99. What else can they buy for R12.00 because a drumstick or a wing costs R8 which is daylight robbery. Today after I ordered and paid for the 8 side breasts as they didn't have 12, the manager came to me and said, he's sorry but they don't sell loose peaces of chicken anymore to the public. But because I already paid he will allow it. Please come back to me as soon as possible regarding my complaint.

    KFC in meyerton has the worst customer service ever, if it's not the broken ice cream machine, it's the chicken pieces that are too salty and not well done. The staff members are very rude. We stay in Kookrus, so because of the bad service that we always  get my  family and I have opted to travel to KFC in vereeniging for better and efficient service.
