this came along with another program called advantage care plus they lied over the phone and they didn't tell me that they were selling me two programs at once i have already called to cancel both programs however they still charged my card for this month. and i would like for them to please put my money back on my card A.S.A.P.

    If they fail to honor your promised cancellation, dispute all unauthorized charges through your bank and close your account to prevent future fraudulent charges.  

    Do NOT let your FRB Reg. E or FCBA dispute periods run out, so if they haven't returned all your money, or if new charges have occurred after, say, 2 weeks, dispute through your bank immediately.  Indicate through your bank that you have already attempted to resolve this with the merchant, but they have not refunded your money as they promised.


    The company behind the "WC" "discount club" charges is Provell. Why they are rated "A+" when their BBB report indicates complaints from consumers alleging charges they didn't authorize is beyond me.
