BROADBAND DEACTIVATION

DEAR SIR,
I BEG TO SAY THAT I AM VIMLESH VERMA, MY BROADBAND NO. IS 07554208413 & I WANT TO DEACTIVATE THE BROADBAND CONNECTION I HAVE PAID THE FIRST MONTH BILL PAYMENT.AND AS JUST AFTER I HAD TO DEACTIVATE CONNECTION FOR THIS PURPOSE I CONTACTED TO AIRTEL SERVICE CENTER AND I REGISTERED THE CANCELLATION REQUEST (11 NOV 2010) 9-10 TIMES BUT EACH TIME THEY TOLD US THAT SYSTEM IS ON THE INSTALLATION PROCESS HENCE CALL BACK AFTER 1 DAY. AGAIN I CALLED 9 OR 10 TIMES WITH THE INTERVAL OF 1 DAY BUT ALL TIME I GOT THE SAME ANSWER. SO CAN NOT PAY THIS EXTRA BILL AMOUNT BECAUSE I DID NOT USE IT.

SO PLZ DE-ACTIVATE  THE BROADBAND CONNECTION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
