Phone call

I got a phone call stating that I had to renew my warranty on my vehicle, and the man I spoke with was Scott Galager, and he said I would need $395.00 as a down payment to start the renewal, and then they would send a payment book for me to make payments, but after three more people besides Mr. Glalger called me the last person I spoke with I told her that I couldn't do that, and I didn't have a power of attorney; because my husbands name is the only name the vehilce is in and yet they want to try and get my money out of me.I just want to let them know that they might want to reconsider taking that money out of my account when they don't have my husbands permission, or I will take legal action up about this with JAG, and it wont be a pretty picture when I am done!!!!!!
