This is to take it to your kind notice that on the date 27.07.2011 my Samsung Television has been Blast with fire due to some manufacturing defect and due to that fire i suffered a huge loss that occurred in my home, the appliance like Important Papers, Furniture, Television, Computer, DVD, Dish TV, Home Theatre, etc and its cost approx. Rs. 1,50,000/- (One Lakh Fifty Thousand Only).has been burnt completely
Therefore i am sending you complain for the compensation of said damage television wide complain No. 8432745029 response of the said complain.

I BROUGHT SMART LED TV FROM EROS - MUSHREEF MALL ON 29TH FEB. FOR INSTALLATION AT THE SAME TIME THIS TECH. TOLE ME THIS IS FAULTY T,V. SAME TIME HE CALLED ONE GUY AND DO SOMETHING .. AND TV. WORKED. AFTER FEW DAYS T.V PICTURE COMING NEGATIVE . WE CALLED THE AGENT AND THEY SAID THIS IS T.V PROBLEM .. WE WILL CHANGE THE PARTS. BUT AS OF TODAYS DATE THEY SAID PARTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE . WAITING FOR THE SHIPMENT.. HOW MANY YEARS I WILL WAIT.. THIS IS HORRIBLE DEALING WITH SAMSUNG
